NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Creswell Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing in Creswell City Hall on Thursday, April 19, 2018 at 6:30 p.m., in order to hear the following:

Case No. SR-2018-01, a request by the Creswell Library, to review a site design application for tax lot 4000 of Assessor’s Map 19-03-14-24. The application proposes to remodel the existing Library building at 64 & 98 West Oregon Avenue. Currently the property is zoned Downtown Commercial (DC); The site is designated as Commercial on the Creswell Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map. The application proposes an addition to the existing building, upgrades to the façade and parking area, as well as modification of outbuildings. This application will be reviewed under Creswell Development Code Sections 4.1.400 Type III Procedure (Quasi-Judicial), 4.2 Site Design Review, 2.3 Commercial Districts, and Article 3: Community Design Standards.

Interested persons can offer their respective comments by attending the public hearing in person, at which time testimony will be taken from those that support or oppose the proposal, or are neutral; OR, written comments can be submitted to the Planning Commission through the City Planner, in the following manner:
