Andrew S. Korop of Glenfield, N.D., formerly of Creswell, died Mar. 3, 2010.

He was born Dec. 16, 1939.

A graduate of Springfield High School, he served in the United States Army from 1963 to 1969. He worked in the grocery business and for Foster Farms.

He lived in Albany, Creswell and Springfield before moving to North Dakota three years ago.

He is survived by: his wife LeEtta of Glenfield; a son, Randy Korop of Lancaster, Calif.; a step-daughter, Sherri Gaetzman of Albany; a brother, Harold Korop of Springfield; three sisters, Adeline Brozovich of Snohomish, Wash., Dorthy Newby of Peoria, Ariz. and Sherri Huntington of Springfield; nieces, nephews and grandchildren.

A funeral service was held in McHenry, N.D.
